Individual orders may take up to three business days to fulfill and ship, longer for larger orders, and up to two weeks for corporate orders.
With that said, we know that too often time is not on your side.We are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window and will always make every effort to expedite orders whenever possible.
Posh Pretzels ships nationwide within the 50 United States. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Canada, Puerto Rico, or other international addresses.
We ship exclusively via FEDEX.
We take great care in preparing and shipping every Posh Pretzels order promptly. While we are happy to accommodate your preferred timeframe whenever possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier schedules and holiday volume. For important celebrations and corporate gifting, we recommend placing orders early to allow ample time for delivery. Once your order ships, your tracking information will provide the most current delivery updates.
Because our handcrafted chocolate pretzels are made with premium ingredients, we take extra care during warmer months. We strongly recommend overnight delivery for summer shipments and destinations with elevated temperatures to help preserve the quality, appearance, and indulgent experience of every Posh Pretzel.
Posh Pretzels ships exclusively with FedEx.
Posh Pretzels is not responsible for melting if overnight shipping is not selected or if outdoor temperatures exceed 60°F.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, acts of nature, or carrier issues. These issues are out of our control.
