At Posh Pretzels, every order is handcrafted and made fresh to order. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.


Returns

Because our products are handmade, perishable, and often custom-made, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before placing an order.


Refunds & Replacements

While we do not accept returns, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We may offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following situations:

  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality concerns upon delivery

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the issue

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Delivery access issues
  • Acts of nature or circumstances outside our control

These situations are not eligible for refunds.


Warm Weather & Melting Disclaimer

Our products may be sensitive to temperature.

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for melting or product damage when:

  • Overnight or expedited shipping is not selected
  • Outdoor temperatures exceed 60°F
  • Packages are left unattended after delivery

We strongly recommend selecting overnight or expedited shipping during warmer months.


Custom & Corporate Orders

Custom orders, corporate gifts, and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

If there is an issue with a corporate or bulk order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation.


Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade to ensure freshness.

Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for production
  • Additional time for shipping depending on selected method

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
