Order Processing

All Posh Pretzels products are handmade to order to ensure freshness and quality.

Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing and production
  • Additional time for shipping based on the shipping option selected at checkout

If you require delivery by a specific date, we recommend placing your order in advance or contacting us prior to placing your order.


Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

At checkout, customers may choose from available FedEx shipping options, which may include:

  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Express
  • FedEx 2-Day
  • FedEx Overnight
  • Other FedEx services (depending on availability and location)

Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided directly at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected FedEx service
  • Delivery speed

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including expedited shipping options.

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.


Warm Weather & Temperature Disclaimer

Some Posh Pretzels products may be sensitive to heat or temperature changes.

We strongly recommend selecting expedited or overnight shipping during warmer months.

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for melting or temperature-related damage when:

  • Expedited shipping is not selected
  • Packages are left unattended after delivery
  • Outdoor temperatures exceed recommended shipping conditions

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Posh Pretzels is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned shipments due to incorrect information

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Returns & Shipping

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products:

  • Orders are not returnable
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Delivered orders cannot be returned or exchanged

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of issue
